If the tyres already fitted to your vehicle are damaged from an unforeseen road hazard, your waiting period will be waived. Your tyre will be replaced, and the tyre will be covered for the remainder of your contract.

TYRE PROTECT
Once your replacement tyres have been fitted they are covered for the remainder of your contract. You are covered for damage caused to your vehicle’s tyres, which are fitted to the insured vehicle and in use, as a result of an unforeseen road hazard. These road hazards are defined as potholes and foreign items in a normal national or domestic maintained road.
OPTIONAL RIM INSURANCE
Getting this add-on means you’ll be covered should your vehicle’s rims sustain scratches as a result of normal use on any maintained South African road we will pay for the repair of rim scratches as a result of damage sustained through the day-to-day use of the vehicle.
