TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. PROMOTION DETAILS:
This Black Friday promotion offers a 50% discount on warranty premiums when customers bundle purchase our warranty and service plan together.
2. DURATION:
The promotion will run from the 24th of November 2025 to the 29th of November 2025, including Cyber Monday on the 1st of December 2025 to the 6th of December 2025.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
Customers must purchase both the warranty and service plan during the promotional period to avail the 50% discount on warranty premiums.
4. PROMOTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
a. Bundle Purchase Requirement:
Customers must purchase both the warranty and service plan as a bundle to qualify for the promotional discount.
b. Activation and Maintenance Requirement:
To retain the promotional price, both products (warranty and service plan) must remain active. If the service plan is cancelled or discontinued, the promotional bundle will be nullified, and the warranty will also be cancelled. Should the discounted warranty be cancelled, the Service plan can remain active.
5. PRODUCT DETAILS:
a. Warranty:
The warranty covers the mechanical or electrical failure of any of the listed covered components on the policy wording provided. Premiums for the warranty will be reduced by 50% during the promotional period when purchased with the service plan.
b. Service Plan:
The service plan provides cover for all major and minor services, as per the manufacturer’s specifications. Must be purchased alongside the warranty to avail of the promotional discount.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
a. Cancellation of Products:
If either the warranty or service plan is cancelled during the promotional period, both products will be terminated, and the promotional price will be revoked. Refunds will be processed based on our standard refund policy.
7. GENERAL TERMS:
a. Limitation of Promotion:
This promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
b. Changes to Terms:
Motor Plan Direct reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
c. Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions will be construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of contract and dispute resolution in the Republic of South Africa.
1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW:
Customers who purchase any two Motor Plan Direct plans during the promotional period will receive a 20% discount on both plans’ monthly premiums for the full duration of the contract.
The two plans may be either (same or different vehicles):
- Two mechanical warranties
- Two service plans
- One mechanical warranty and one service plan
Both products must be purchased at the same time to receive a 20% discount.
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion runs until 28 February 2026. Applications must be submitted and approved during this period.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
To qualify for the 20% discount:
- Two eligible products must be taken out simultaneously.
- Both products must be active and in good standing.
- The promotion applies to new products only.
4. HOW THE DISCOUNT WORKS
- Each product will receive a 20% discount on its premium.
- The discounted premium will apply for the full contract term, provided both products remain active.
- The discount only applies to monthly premiums and does not change existing benefits, limits, or cover terms.
5. CANCELLATION & DISCOUNT CONDITIONS:
If either of the two bundled products are cancelled for any reason:
- The 20% promotional discount will fall away.
- The remaining active product/s will revert to the standard (full) premium as from the cancellation date of the product/s.
- The remaining product/s will continue with Motor Plan Direct’s standard terms and pricing.
Motor Plan Direct reserves the right to:
- Apply standard cancellation and refund rules as per the individual’s policy wording.
Refunds (if applicable) will be calculated in line with the standard policy terms and conditions.
6. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Mechanical Warranty
Covers the mechanical and electrical failure of listed components detailed in the policy wording.
Service Plan
Covers scheduled services in line with the manufacturer’s specifications, as detailed in the plan wording.
Full benefits, exclusions, waiting periods, and claim procedures are governed by the respective plan wording.
7. GENERAL TERMS
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated by Motor Plan Direct.
- Motor Plan Direct reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the “Love Your Car” 2026 promotion at its discretion.
- All products are subject to Motor Plan Direct’s approval.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
